钢檩条经热卷板冷弯加工而成,壁薄自重轻,截面性能优良,强度高,材质为Q195-345。常见的钢檩条有Z型钢檩条和C型钢檩条。钢檩条是屋盖结构体系中次要的承重构件,它将屋面荷载传递到钢架。

Z-shaped steel purlins and C-shaped steel purlins. Steel purlin is the
secondary load-bearing component in the roof structure system, which
transfers the roof load to the steel frame.

temperature, the material will produce cold bending effect.
适用于钢结构工程的屋面和墙梁等各个方面。说到拉条一般是指拉结钢檩条的圆钢,说白了就是粗钢筋,也是为了增强檩条的稳定性,使檩条在一定的外力作用下不容易失稳破坏。檩条的截面形式一般有H型钢、C形、Z形等,作用是减小屋面板的跨度并固定屋面板。
